    Can the strap be adjusted or changed?
    Yes. The leather shoulder strap is adjustable, and compatible replacement straps can be used when available.
    What if there is a manufacturing defect?
    Manufacturing defects are handled separately from normal exchanges. After inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, the product is handled according to Jalsatak warranty policy.
    Can I exchange it if the product is fine?
    Normal exchange is available within 7 days, subject to the product condition and Jalsatak exchange policy. Additional shipping fees are paid by the customer.
